Lead and facilitate the End-to-End capability and processes for Customer Supply Chain: OTD/OTIF, Reverse Logistics, Revenue Reporting & Represent LSB CSC in Strategic Supply Chain Projects. The incumbent will play primary point for coordinating activities across the Supply Chain functions with the goal of optimizing the On-Time / In-Full (OTIF) results for Lifestyle Brands. The role is accountable to seek, develop and implement technical requirements to drive efficiencies across the End to End teams. Accountable to continually find ways to improve our process to drive better integration across the Supply Chain functions.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Customer Supply Chain Business Process & Integration Manager will:
  • Identify areas to drive improved process and efficiency for our customers and cross-functional partners within the E2E Supply Chain.
  • Represent LSB Supply Chain in SCJ Headquarters strategic supply chain projects like Logistics Network Optimization (DC Integration).
  • Provide LSB perspective, represent the ‘voice of the customer,’ identify any potential issues and escalate as appropriate, share updates with rest of team
  • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding program for Customer Supply Chain (CSC)
  • Act as subject matter expert for CSC and train new hires & provide refresher trainings as needed.
  • Lead the review of proposed ‘New Accounts’ requesting set-up; review contracts, supply chain implications, business rationale, etc. for approval and sign-off.
  • Represent LSB in ‘Rituals and Routines’ with other business units and SCJ Headquarters supply chain teams.
  • Develop and present OTIF slide for LSB leadership team monthly KPI review.
  • Lead LSB ‘Rituals and Routines’ for OTIF and OTD (On-Time Delivery) with cross-functional teams.
    • Identify actions needed and hold people accountable.
    • Influence action cross-functionally to drive execution and service.
    • Prepare information and analytics related to both processes to facilitate action with the team and call out existing gaps.
  • Own reverse logistics for LSB; processes, trainings, follow-up, execution, etc.
    • Provide trend analysis and yearly projections for returns by brand.
  • Establish and roll out best practices for CSC ‘desk guides’ and backup coverage across the team.
  • Support revenue reporting for total LSB:
    • Provide weekly shipment projection for LSB to leadership.
    • Provide previous week recap on Mondays for ‘orders vs shipments’ with walkdown of gaps and drivers.
    • Complete monthly pacing analysis against ‘Annual Budget’ for total LSB to communicate with sales and leadership.
    • Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and automation of reporting and analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
  • Four-year College degree. Preferred: Supply Chain or Business-related areas of study.
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain, Analytics, Project Management, or other related field with customer facing experience OR 3+ years with graduate degree.
Preferred:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence others and good decision making.
  • Demonstrated experience driving customer solutions with supply chain.
  • Knowledge and experience working with SCJ Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and hold people accountable cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively presenting to executive level leadership.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • Experience developing and documenting ‘Standard Operating Procedures.’
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and automation to processes, reporting and analytics.
  • Experience using large data sets for analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to tell and a story and drive/influence action.
