Job Description
  • Manage day to day OOH planning and buying duties across top tier, National and Local accounts from start to finish (including contracting, buy stewardship and post campaign analysis)
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the team and process to meet critical deadlines and ensure effective client service, as well as manage OOH budgets including monthly spend and forecasting reports
  • Confident enough to develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective client service, proactive problem solving and the successful execution of all facets of account management with clients, agencies and media owners
  • Able to multitask through managing internal team and providing client service including negotiating schedules and rates, monitoring schedule performance and provide planning costs and post buy analysis
  • A true creative who is able plan and implement outdoor campaigns from initial brief through to post campaign analysis
  • Manage Supervisor & Buyer workloads while training/developing staff through performance management and giving consistent feedback
  • Stay on top of industry trends, bringing new and innovative thinking to clients

Qualifications
  • 5-7+ yrs OOH Planning/Buying experience
  • Strong understanding of the OOH industry and key vendors across large and small markets
  • Knowledge of OOH Media metrics and use of planning tools including Telmar, SQAD, Geopath,
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills; excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience speaking and presenting to clients directly
  • Detail-oriented, must be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing and training junior level staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
