Job Title: Associate Multimedia Designer
Work Location: Tulsa
Job Summary / Impact: Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and laying out creative solutions that effectively communicate specific, strategic intent for EBM's conferences & exhibitions promotional materials.
Primary Objectives: Produce all design collateral for event marketing and event operations departments in support of EBM's conferences & exhibitions.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and produce marketable solutions for event campaign collateral.
  • Maintain multiple project tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-driven schedule.
  • Execute final file preparation that meets EBM’s prepress standards.
  • Communicate with marketing managers and production managers to ensure projects are delivered in timely manner.
  • Help establish and maintain departmental processes and procedures.
  • Meet with Creative Director, Creative Leads, and Marketing Managers to discuss design needs, brainstorm concept, and develop project timeline.
  • Conceptualize, develop, produce, and manage design projects according to creative briefs.
  • Execute final file preparation that meets EBM’s prepress standards.
  • Maintain file organization and structure according to departmental processes and procedures.
  • Project manage the design workflow in QuickBase from conception to final delivery.
  • Traveling for event photography, editing, and archiving.

Core Competencies:

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver).
  • Knowledge in HTML is a plus
  • Able to stay current with the design and marketing trend and learn new softwares.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 year of college experience in Design
  • Strong technical skill in using tools of the trade (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Strong organizational skill especially when working with multiple projects/teams.
  • Strong communication skill to articulate creative concept, technical requirements, or concerns to multiple teams.
  • Strong be team player.
  • Minimum of 2 year of college experience in Design
