The Associate End Point
Technician is responsible for delivering an excellent experience for a dynamic, global, high-impact community by supporting key business processes and activities related to hardware and software provisioning and de-provisioning, as well as basic PC troubleshooting. Activities include daily administration, basic equipment set-up, and monitoring of the ticket system.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer services.
- Provides support and communicates appropriately across multiple levels within the organization.
- Support hardware provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Anticipate User needs and drive innovation through process improvements.
- Demonstrate high standards for End User Support Services.
- Timely installation and repair of computer system hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals.
- Provide onsite and offsite end-user support.
- Manages assigned service requests.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of computer hardware.
- Escalates high impact or VIP technology issues.
- Participates as a technical resource needed in both large and small projects.
- Works closely across IT teams to ensure effective communication and project escalation.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Associate College Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and major Office components (MS Office package, Outlook, Teams, Zoom)
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting issues (laptop, headset, printer, etc.).
- Strong customer service and excellent communication skills along with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Strong service and process-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytic and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve problems.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with short timelines.
- Ability to maintain a high quality of work while supporting multiple critical projects.
