AT&T STADIUM STADIUM CONTROL ROOM SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Opening shift Thursday - Saturday Night Shift (8pm-8am)

The Stadium Control Room Supervisor assists the AT&T Stadium management staff maintain the safe, secure and efficient operations of the stadium on a 24/7 basis. The Stadium Control Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the various functions of the Stadium Control Room. This includes monitoring of building systems, documenting activities and incidents, dispatching resources in response to calls for service, and interfacing with various internal and external personnel. The Stadium Control Room Supervisor reports to the Stadium Security Manager.

Job Duties:

• Assist Stadium Security Manager with the coordination of daily security operations
• Oversee the operations of the Stadium Control Room
• Monitor and operate building systems including lighting, access control, security cameras, fire alarm panel, incident management system
• Record and manage calls for services in the electronic incident management system
• Assist with the documentation and reporting of incidents (accidents, injuries, sudden illness)
• Dispatch appropriate resources in response to various calls for service
• Interface with other stadium constituents regarding security issues
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Director of Event Operations and Security or the stadium Security Manager

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supervising facility or event security personnel (stadium, arena, convention center, performing arts facility)
• Experience working with security technology systems including security cameras, electronic access control, and ISS 24/7 Incident Management System
• Able to be licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau as a Non-Commissioned Security Officer (Formerly Level II)
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook,Word, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
• Able to work in high stress situations in a calm manner
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changes
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 3x12
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability
