Job Summary

Under close supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director (AD), Facilities & Events, assist with responsibilities and learn to manage events and their associated facility set-ups and needs for various ICA sport seasons. In conjunction with the Assistant Athletics Director of Facilities and Events, recruit, select, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate interns, student staff and volunteers. Work with the ICA Event Staff to coordinate events at the various facilities.

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Customer service experience.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) :

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps.
