Attorney - Workers' Compensation Defense
Job description
Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP, a civil defense firm with offices throughout the Carolinas, seeks an experienced associate attorney to join its civil litigation practice in Charlotte. Prefer candidates with experience in the areas of workers' compensation, employment law, insurance defense, or other litigation. Strong research and writing capabilities are a must. Knowledge of or exposure to medical records is a plus as is deposition and mediation experience. Candidates must have a North Carolina license or are awaiting the results of the February 2022 UBE exam.
