Job description
The University of Maryland Faculty Physician Inc. is currently accepting applications for a clinical audiologist position within our Audiology department. Our practice is a fast-paced clinical environment featuring a diverse and medically complicated population of patients. Our audiologists provide care to patients of all ages and abilities in areas including diagnosis and monitoring of hearing loss, electrophysiologic measures, comprehensive vestibular testing, management of tinnitus and hyperacusis, candidacy and fitting of hearing aids/osseo-integrated bone conduction devices, and candidacy and mapping of cochlear implants. Collaboration with otorhinolaryngologists, pediatricians, oncologists, researchers, and other specialties occurs regularly, to optimize patient care.
For this position we are seeking a full-time audiologist that has a strong interest in vestibular assessment, tinnitus management, and/or pediatric audiology.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
- A doctoral level degree in audiology is required.
