We are currently looking for the best and brightest to become part of our award-winning Sales Team! Our Sales Consultants are extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for all our vehicles. Our Sales Team presents vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale and maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts business in an enthusiastic, ethical, and professional manner
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Meets dealership sales goals
• Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems
• Attends product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager
• Offers test drives to all prospects and follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customers before test drive
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Conducts follow up sales calls to all customers
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two to three years of automotive sales experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Team oriented
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
