Salsbury-Schweyer, Inc is an International award-winning firm, creating innovative landscapes rooted in ecology, healing, and regenerative design (permaculture). We seek a multi-talented, highly-organized, AutoCAD Draftsperson/Designer to join our exceptional team, take an key role in our landscape design projects, and assist the firm’s principals with daily operations.

While the ability to use AutoCAD for architectural drawings is essential, we also value your diverse talents. In this position you'll enjoy a variety of roles - technical and creative, as well as the opportunity to learn from nationally-acclaimed leaders in sustainability. You could assist with presentations, photography/videography, marketing, material selection, sourcing, and more. We offer a small, family office environment - where you can make a difference. Multi-faceted Full-time Position: For a full-time position, skills beyond CAD drafting/design are beneficial: marketing, writing, horticulture, construction, project management, and/or administrative... What additional talents might you bring? This is an exceptional career opportunity for the right person.

Requirements include:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2-3 years minimum), including construction detailing. (LandF/X used)
• Skillful with presentations: Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, hand sketching, &/or rendering...
• Tech-savvy; including expertise with Microsoft Office, research & social media
• Capable of managing a high volume of tasks, sometimes under pressure
• Creative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Design, construction, and horticulture knowledge is preferred, not essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
