The Automation DevOps Support will be responsible to troubleshoot, support, and maintain the Company’s automated pump control programs including PLC logic, SCADA system, and related network infrastructure in the office and in the field. This position will report to VP of Automation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
● Competent in programming in the following languages: Python, HTML, CSS, SQL
(SQLServer / MySQL), and JavaScript
● Competency in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and fast-paced projects
● Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot efficiently
● Very strong oral and written communication skills
● Strong analytical and decision-making skills
● Basic computer networking skills
● Basic electrical knowledge
● Willingness to learn
● Willing to travel, work outside, and stay overnight to work at remote job locations
● Valid Driver’s License

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
● Automation, Systems, Software, or Process Engineering experience
● B.S. degree in Engineering, Electrical, Technology, or comparable degree or comparable
experience or equivalent certifications
● Experience with Inductive Automation’s Ignition Platform
● Competent in automation I/O and device communication bus protocols including TCP/IP,
Modbus, HART, and MQTT
● Experience programming and troubleshooting PLC ladder logic using Rockwell RSLogix
5000 and Siemens TIA Portal
● A thorough understanding and ability to interpret P&ID drawings
● Knowledge of IoT principles and technologies
● Microsoft Azure / Amazon AWS cloud platform experience
● Knowledge of Cellular communication and implementation
● Knowledgeable with AutoCAD
● MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Google G-Suite, Smartsheet
● Water Transfer Experience

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● De-bugging, hot-fixing, troubleshooting HMI and PLC applications
● Record keeping of various programming related items.
● Performing functional testing, site commissioning and validation of automated control
systems in the field
● In the field troubleshooting and application testing
● Network health monitoring and restoration
● Assist and facilitate the continuous improvement, design, and development of Keystone’s Automated Control Systems
● Performing functional testing and validation of automated control systems
● Developing and implementing solutions to resolve customer issues
● Working with the field operations to train on how to operate products and applications
● Implementing standard practices and standard operating procedures for automated control system management
● Conduct thorough inspection procedures after setup of automation systems
● Keeps an accurate record and electronic database of all elements of the projects
● Maintains a safe, clean, and productive environment through enforcing procedures.
Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and federal
regulations
● Works closely with Company’s Water Transfer Operations personnel to successfully
engineer and support projects
● Performs all work within the approved budget and exercises sound fiscal management
● Maintains appropriate communications within the area of responsibility
● Performs other duties as assigned

The position will at times require extended overtime and late hours and traveling to our various field operations to troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain our automation assets as needed to support 24/7 operations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
