Automotive Accounts Receivable
Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is seeking a highly organized accounts receivable professional for a fast paced, team-oriented business office. This individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the natural ability to prioritize their work load as well as manage their own time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage billing monthly statement to multiple vendors for store locations assigned
- Monitor vendor accounts for non-payments, delayed payments or irregularities
- Develop a recovery system and initiate vendor collections
- Provide account setup and status to vendors
- Communication with the store and vendors with questions and status of account
- Ensure all checks received are processed accurately and timely
- Process credit card payments via online platform
- Scan check deposits to bank via remote deposit scanners
- Scan cash deposits into cash vault
- Monitor daily deposits are received from all store locations assigned
- Review deposits for accuracy and provide discrepancies to management
- Work cohesively with team members
- Provide journal entry to move funds from cash clearing to cash in bank accounts
Requirements:
- Solid math and analytical/ problem-solving skills
- Professionalism
- Dependable
- A high level of Integrity and ethics
- Proficiency with MS Office Software: Excel and Word
- Self-Motivator
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Ability to sit at a computer for the majority of a shift
- CDK knowledge is a plus
