The Parts Counter Person will assist in understanding customer’s needs and challenges, creating valued customer relationships, and seeking new opportunities to grow. In addition, this person will help by answering questions through phone and in person, providing quotes on parts internally and externally, stock, and order parts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions (by phone and in person) and give price quotes
• Assist customers in selecting the proper parts for their repairs
• Issue parts and accessories to the shop Technicians
• Stock and order parts

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
