Bronco Motors is currently hiring an Automotive Service Advisor in Nampa. Our Service Advisors work Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance
- Performs road tests as needed
- Advises customers on necessary/suggested services
- Computes cost of replacement parts and labor
- Schedules appointments
- Meets dealership's standards for repair/order production
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous service advisor experience required
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Basic mechanical understanding
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
