Automotive Service Manager - Domestic dealer. Whiteville, NC

Eastern North Carolina 45 minutes for Wilmington, 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach SC

The automotive service manager is responsible for supervising auto service technicians, mechanics, service advisors, car porters, and other automotive service department employees and oversees all the service staff including hiring, training and firing, responsible for marketing, promotions, financial goals, profitability, and other business goals. Must have technical ability, people skills, leadership skills, empathy, a positive attitude, a willingness to serve, multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to delegate, vision, and the ability to see the big picture to achieve owner/dealer goals

Ideal candidate has 3 plus years experience as a Service Manager or 5 plus as a shop foreman or Assistant Service Manager and even Lead Service Advisor willing to do what ever is necessary to move the needle in Service/Part. Willing to negotiate compensation based on level of experience and assets that individual brings.
