Events Management
The Event Manager is responsible for planning and execution of the logistics and attendee experience for both internal and external events and conferences. This person interfaces with the client marketing and sales teams and is responsible for understanding the strategy put forth by those teams. This person will work with the Lead Planner to plan and execute exceptional client events and internal events.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

This person interfaces with the client marketing and sales teams and is responsible for understanding the strategy put forth by those teams. This person will work with the Lead Planner to plan and execute exceptional client events and internal events.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for planning and execution of logistics and attendee experience for events
- Gains understanding of go-to-market plan and manages events to ensure support of that plan
- Personally manages some events and supports events managed by other team members
- Demonstrates a dedication to delivering a positive experience for attendees, business partners and team members
- Engages in all aspects of event planning and execution, including onsite management
- Dynamically manages workload and priorities on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized, despite a heavy workload
- Works with high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels
- Prioritizes success metrics/KPIs and ensures all relevant data is captured and shared with measurement team
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

- Expectation of extensive travel and extended hours while on site
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
