Basic Back of House Team Member responsibilities include:

  • Clean, prepare, and store fruits and vegetables, & prepare, bread, and cook chicken.
  • Assemble salads, salads, and trays.
  • Observe health and sanitation guidelines and clean and maintain the kitchen.
  • Work together with a team to accomplish tasks.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable source of transportation
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, cleaning, working with raw chicken
  • Ability to work in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Work well under pressure
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to changes or alterations to orders
  • Must be at least 18 years old
