La Belle French Bakery is a retail and wholesale bakery.

We are located in Thornton.

Our pastries are all made from scratch with French recipe.

We are seeking a baker to add to our team

You will be responsible to assist the Chef making croissant and bread:

• Forming laminated dough (croissant and more)
• Egg wash
• Baking bread and pastry
• Make baguettes
• Scale recipes
• and much more

You MUST have knowledge about the kitchen

We will train the right person if you're experience is minimal

Schedule offered is 5 days per week 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities and duties but not limited to:

• Operating all bakery equipment such as mixers, oven, dough press
• Follow all SOPs (including cleanliness SOPs)

Baker qualifications and skills:

• Must have 1 year experience as a baker
• Must have knowledge about baking
• Must have knowledge about operating mixers, oven and other bakery tools
• Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations follow SOPs and propose changes as necessary.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Lift up to 50lbs bag

Schedule is:

Monday through Friday

10am to 6pm

Holidays OFF

Pastries available to eat

Pay is $16 per hour

Yearly raise
