Functions and Responsibilities
- Inspects baked bread as it passes by on the conveyor.
- Upturn any loaves that have turned over or have fallen on the side.
- Reject any damaged or defective bread.
- Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
- Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule
- Have ability to work extended hours
- Have flexibility with shifts that may include overtime.
- Have flexibility to work any day of the week.
Qualifications
- One year of similar experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma or the state equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
