The Banking Associate will support the work being done in our Payroll Tax Services Department. The Banking Associate will be responsible for various functions within the Payroll Tax department as stated below.

What YOU will be doing:

• Reconciling various banking transactions on a daily basis
• Maintaining and balancing clients’ accounts using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software
• Knowledge of NACHA payment formatting
• Pull reports and company details from Master Tax for Client and CSR
• Resolving NSF bank rejections
• Respond to CSR emails
• Performing routine internal audits
• Problem research and resolution
• Providing support functions to management and operations
• Providing assistance with quarter-end reconciliation and processing

Success will come if you have:

• Experience in payroll and/or banking (preferred)
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field (strongly recommended)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with MasterTax (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient and effective multi-tasking
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong analytical and auditing skills
• Able to work overtime when needed
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
