Growing Eureka Corporation is in search of multiple Bankruptcy Account Representatives to add to the team!

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks
• Preparing and filing legal documents
• Handling BK correspondence and communicating with BK court clerks, trustees and attorneys
• Monitor and manage BK timelines as well as follow loan portfolio through the current BK process to ensure deadlines are met.

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Strong communication skills via phone, email, fax and mail
• Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in any home loan, legal documents or U.S. Bankruptcy code such as Chapter 11, 12, 14 & 7 a plus (but not required).
• Training will be provided!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees are required to wear masks in the office. Commonly used surfaces are cleaned mid-day and each night. Employer keeps masks, gloves, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer in stock. Touchless sanitizers stations in various locations for use.

• Eureka, CA 95501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
