The Hilton Bellevue is currently seeking a qualified Banquet/Line Cook to join our busy team!
Duties Include:
- Cook food items according to guest requests and correct handling procedures.
- Positive interactions with guests, and execute their orders as described
- Effectively communicate with Guests, the Kitchen, and restaurant teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience and high guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Prepare ingredients as instructed, and in compliance with food safety standards
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years hotel cook experience, with an emphasis on banquets and large events
- ! year food prep experience
- Current and valid Food Handler's permit, along with a good understanding of food safety and heath code rules
- The ability to communicate and respond with members at all levels of the organization
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays.
