41 North Coffee Co in Wendell, NC is looking for a full and part time barista, over 21 preferred to join our team. We are located on 41 N Main St. Our ideal candidate is mature, motivated, not afraid of work, happy, customer service oriented and TEAM focused. We are looking for someone mature that has availability on the weekends. Barista or food service experience is preferred. With tips our barista's average 12-13 an hour. We also promote from within, leads and supervisor positions.
Responsibilities to Include, but not limited to:

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a very clean and organized work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Restock
Qualifications

*Proven working experience in customer service *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *18 years of age and older

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour.
