Aspiring Smoothie Makers:

We just opened our brand new Smoothie King location in the Waukesha/Pewaukee area located in Grandview Plaza, and are looking to fill out the rest of our staff with some awesome individuals! Our Team Members make it happen. They are quite literally the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand and we value them accordingly. They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The rest of the day to day work simply consists of basic cleaning tasks, taking orders, making smoothies, and having some fun with our awesome staff along the way. We offer paid, thorough training, are incredibly flexible with scheduling around the rest of your life, a fun, team oriented work environment, as well as being a part of opening a brand new store from the ground up! Employees receive a free smoothie each shift you work, a discount on the days you do not, as well as tips- which on average adds between $1.00 to $1.50 extra to your hourly wage each paycheck.

We fully pride ourselves on fostering a developmental culture, understanding most of our employees have their own ambitions and goals in life, and although there is ample room for growth and promotion within our company, we are there in the mean time to help assist them into becoming the best version of themselves and helping prepare them for the rest of their professional lives. We hire at 15 years old- it is a perfect first job if you're in high school, but also a perfect job for any age or experience level.

· Is able to concisely communicate details about Smoothie King products and information to all Guests

· Communicates with fellow Team Members and Managers in a positive manner

· Is eager to help Guests make a selection when Guests express difficulty with ordering or selecting a smoothie

· Remains calm with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume times

Perseverance

· Completes daily checklist duties

· Is open to feedback from Team Members, Shift Leads, and/or Managers, then practices and perfects the aforementioned task(s)

· Approaches things with a positive attitude

Time Management

· Shows up on time for work

· Balances personal life without interference to their work schedule

COVID-19 considerations:
Curbside Pickup is available. Extra cleaning and sanitizing tasks are in place to avoid any COVID outbreaks in store, and employees are instructed from Day 1 to be overly cautious and always err on the side of caution when they are not feeling well.
