M Shack - a modern burger joint that serves delicious fresh-ground burgers, fries, hot dogs, hand-spun shakes, beer, wine, and cocktails is seeking an experienced Bartender/Server with the ability to work a schedule that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
- Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Coordinate food orders with kitchen staff for bar guests
- Build a rapport with regular guests to keep them coming back
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Verify identification and age requirements of guests
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system
- Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized, and stocked
- Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous bartender experience 1-3 years
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire
