SUMMARY

Responds to consumer Internet inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales to dealership standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Manage all Inbound Phone & Internet inquiries in a timely manner and generate quality showroom traffic.
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Build strong customer relationships, maintain customer loyalty and positive reviews by providing superior customer service and achieving the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals set by management by consistently following our successfully proven processes and responding to all customers efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate effectively and work in close partnership with Management and Sales Consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
• Contribute to overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll up your sleeves attitude to drive maximum results.
• Attend all dealership trainings/meetings to ensure strong growth and consistently high individual & team performance
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs/priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
• Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
• Stay up to date on BDC/Sales Best Practices and Product Knowledge
• 1 year of experience in BDC required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
