We are hiring Beauty Advisors to offer exceptional service to our customers. A Beauty Advisor's responsibilities include suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, application methods, and price. Keeping the store stocked and looking great for our customers is also part of the gig. To be successful in this role, you must be customer-service-oriented and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. hair care products)
- Identify customer products based on their preferences
- Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
- Inform customers of prices and special offers
- Replenish stock as needed
Skills
- Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
- Kind and Happy demeanor
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift. NO nights or Sundays!
