Responsibilities:
- CAC is currently seeking part-time (up to 29 hours per week, with the potential of growing into full time) Behavior Technicians available to work weekdays minimum availability 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- RBT’s will provide one-to-one behaviorally based treatment to young children living with autism and developmental delays in their homes, schools, and in the CAC center.
- RBT’s travel between clients’ homes, schools and the center, typically traveling at least 30 miles a day.
- As a RBT, you’ll be supplied with a structured, research-based curriculum to guide your therapy session with each child.
- You’ll complete our hands-on training under the mentorship of experienced BCBAs who provide real-time feedback and guide you toward becoming the most effective Behavior Technician you can be.
- You’ll also have access to hand-held technology for real-time data collection to support your development as an effective Behavior Technician.
Requirements:
- Entry level position
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Fingerprint and FBI/DOJ background check & drug screening clearance.
- Ability to provide proof of TB clearance
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Have a willingness to embrace the adventure at CAC and the families we support.

COVID Protocol
- All individuals must wear a face covering when entering a CAC work location/at all times during 1:1 sessions
- All individuals will maintain at least six foot “social distancing” from one another
- Hourly hand washing with soap and water will be implemented daily for RBT & clients
- COVID PPE Supplies are provided during training (wellness check, disposable and reusable face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, thermometer)
- New hires will receive a COVID Preparedness training prior to going out into the field
- Daily Self Assessment Checks and checking temperatures prior to entering the center
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
