Community Counseling Solutions is the leading behavioral health agency in Eastern Oregon, and we are looking for a Full-time, 40 hour a week Community Liaison in Grant, Gilliam, and Wheeler Counties for the BHRN Program. The Behavioral Health Resource Network (BHRN) is a grant funded program designed to provide services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. This position can be located in John Day, Oregon, with the option to be part time remote.
Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with BHRN project coordination and serve as a liaison with community partners and agency staff by providing monitoring, analysis and reporting of grant activities to ensure that goals, timelines, and requirements are met.
Qualifications required include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, social work, or related field.
- Two years of responsible experience in program coordination, planning, development and evaluation.
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered.
- Proof of Covid Vaccination or approved religious or medical exemption upon hire.
- A valid Oregon Driver’s License, $300,000 in personal auto insurance and $100,000 for bodily injury and property damage.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Entry level hourly wage is $24.18, but depending on experience it could be more, up to $35.34. CCS provides a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, EAP, life insurance, 401K match, HRA, FSA and PTO. Position is open until filled. EEOC.
