We are looking for a busy bee to keep the hotel running at tip top shape. The Bellman will be in charge of keeping the hotel clean, stocked, and helping guests.

Cleaning may be sweeping, vacuuming, or wiping glass windows/doors. Must be able to lift and caring up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities:
  • Know and adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
  • Answers all bell calls from front desk, delivering items requested to guest rooms or conference center.
  • Answer maintenance calls directed to you by front desk or Director of Housekeeping.
  • Bring delivered items to proper storage, checking invoice to ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Check storage rooms for trash and dirty linens and take to proper areas.
  • Respond to Room Inspector requests for supplies.
  • Maintain outside of buildings i.e. sweeping, shoveling, trash receptacles, general litter.
  • Stock breakfast supplies as needed and responds to breakfast calls.
  • Deliver clean linens as needed.
  • Assist in changing laundry chemicals.
  • Maintain clean areas around loading dock and trash compactor.
  • Must be SDS trained and completed AWAIR program.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person
  • Must perform any other duties as requested by the Director of Housekeeping, Director of Operations, General Manager and Manager on Duty.
  • Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.. Qualifications:
  • Highly organized.
  • Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Strong Guest Service Skills
  • Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
  • Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
