Job Summary

Job Summary

Working as a Beverage Manager, you are responsible for supervising and driving the Beverage Program designed by Delta Airlines at Delta Sky Clubs. You will have a deep understanding of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will be responsible for leading client relations, along with ensuring that all items offered at the bar are of superior quality and delivered with warm hospitality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the Beverage Program designed by Delta Airlines (including all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages)
  • Ensure the quality and execution of the Beverage Program aligns with the client expectations.
  • Visit assigned locations and work directly with the bartenders and managers
  • Assist Beverage Director with ensuring all locations are aligned with State Alcohol Handler regulations.
  • Assist Beverage Director on roll out of new Bar menu and Cocktail programs
  • Assist with training salaried and hourly teams on any changes or new items to Beverage Program
  • Ensure technology is being used for Bar training and staff is fully knowledgeable of all items served at the Bar
  • Travel to clubs to ensure Beverage Program standards are being followed and educate team (80% Travel Minimum)
  • Review Bar and Bartender survey scores and guest comments to improve performance

Requirements:

  • 80% Travel required
  • Must be based in Los Angeles or Salt Lake City or be willing to relocate No relocation assistance
  • Minimum of two to four years of Bar Management experience
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
