Conviva Care Solutions is seeing a hardworking and dedicated Activity Coordinator Assistant to ensures the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center meets participant needs.


Job Functions:

  • Assist with planning and implementing programs consistent with patient needs to promote socialization, educational opportunities, raise spirits, and entertain

  • Schedules the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes, activities and/or events

  • Inform patients and staff of all activities by verbal and written communication

  • Give center tours, which inspire and excite potential new members

Required Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual English and Spanish

  • Minimum of 1 year in a previous administrative role

  • A valid driver license and dependable transportation necessary

  • Experience in a patient facing role involving structured and planned activities

  • Computer skills -including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population

  • Nutrition knowledge

  • 2 – 3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and/or performing wellness and recreational activities

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
