Krause Group is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst! The Analyst is responsible for identifying and developing new ways to grow Krause Group revenue streams. This will include assisting businesses within the Krause Group to develop, diversify, and grow their revenue streams, identifying and evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities in the marketplace, and integrating those new businesses into the Krause Group portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Research and identify business opportunities within existing businesses
• Identify opportunities with external partners ( co-branding, collaborations, sponsorships)
• Identify and evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities
• Assist in the integration of new businesses into the Krause Group portfolio
• Develop business plans and models to evaluate opportunities
• Evaluate current practices and processes of existing businesses for opportunities and improvements
• Lead and/or participate in the implementation of new revenue generating initiatives
• Monitor industry sources for trends and developments for relevance to Krause Group businesses and application to potential new income streams

• Relocation to the Des Moines, IA area
