We are currently seeking a Bilingual Part-time Office Assistant to join our Team in Boca Raton, FL

***This is a part-time position. Candidates will need to be available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 8AM-1PM***

The Office Assistant answers inquiries and provides information to the sales representatives, visitors, potential sales rep candidates and other interested parties, escalating concerns as needed. Performing a range of support activities for the office, such as administrative and event coordinating.


Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, scanners, computers, projectors, badge machine, and tv’s

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and messaging with sales reps and other office personnel

  • Responsible for greeting persons entering establishments, determining nature and purpose of visit, and directing or escorting them to specific destinations.

  • Maintain and ensure the execution of appointments regarding the office location

  • Assist in the compilation and coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, inventory management and other clerical duties

  • Coordinate office, team and community event logistics, both on-site and off-site


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not oversee other positions.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or similar position

  • Customer service

  • Ability to follow directions and multitask

  • Experience with Google Suites, preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle

    Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)


Working Conditions

The Office Assistant works in an air conditioned, office environment with extended periods of time typing, working on a computer, answering phone calls, and sitting. Day to day responsibilities require little to no repeated crouching, climbing, kneeling, pulling/pushing more than 20 lbs., squatting, and reaching above the shoulders.
