Job Summary

A fast-paced immigration law practice seeks a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) Front Desk Receptionist for immediate hire.

Responsibilities and Duties

• First point of contact for incoming calls and walk-in clients, greeting all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Checking clients in and out for appointments

• Taking payments

• Scheduling appointments
• Organization of Front Desk area, conference rooms, lobby, and office entrance

• Translation and interpreting as needed

• Keep detailed notes in Firm’s case management system

• Other administrative and office duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment

• Excellent customer service skills are a must

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

• Exhibit and maintain a professional and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook email/calendar

• Although team-oriented, the applicant must be able to work with minimal supervision, using their own initiative when appropriate

• Must be able to handle confidential information professionally and exercise good judgment

• Must be comfortable asking for additional information in the absence of clear direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
