Who WE Are:
In a role of a HR Business Partner you will analyze, design and revise people programs, polices, and practices to build and sustain positive employee relations. This vital role will enjoy collaborating and partnering with others on the HR Team, Operations and Executive Leaders to advise, counsel and lead by example on HR best practices, fair and consistent decision making as well as proper documentation, record keeping and maintaining confidentiality at the highest level.

What YOU Will Do:
- Develop a consultative partnership with field leaders and provide guidance in a variety of areas, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation/application
- Works with field leaders to develop and implement active recruitment strategies to target and attract diverse talent and mitigate turnover disruption.
- Actively participates in all staffing related activities including job fairs and hiring events, proactively seeks new avenues to attract candidates and assists Hiring Managers regarding selection process best practices.
- Advises management on strategies designed to maintain consistent treatment and compliance with employment laws
- Manage employee relations, discipline, internal investigations and provide recommendations.
- Manage, track and document employee Leaves (FMLA, STD, WA L&I, etc.).
- Oversee employee resignations and terminations including exit interviews, return of property and removal of physical and electronic access.
- Promote strong culture and needed change through identifying trends, evaluating data and leveraging employee feedback.
- Navigate various HR systems and platforms; generate reports as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with both internal and external customers.
- Support and work within departmental budgets.
- Role is expected to have a participatory role with regular visits to locations throughout coverage area and co-travels with field personnel
Who YOU Are and What YOU Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar discipline
- PHR or SPHR preferred but not required.
- 5+ years in progressive Human Resources roles.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required.
