Bilingual Janitorial/Custodial Project Manager (DC/VA Area)
We are currently looking for a full time Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 5 years of Janitorial Manager Experience with English and Spanish proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of manager experience in the janitorial industry
- Must have floor maintenance experience in all type of floor work and floor machines
- Must be able to speak fluently in English and Spanish
- Must have experience dealing with Union, familiar with CBA
- Must have a good personal management skill and communication skill to communicate with clients and staff on daily basis
- Must have strong computer skills (Emails, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft word, Excel)
- Must have fully developed skills in a variety of cleaning processes.
- Must be able to pass background check and legal to work in the US
- Experience in managing contract over 1mil SF is a plus
- Have knowledge and skill to provide personnel training and supervision.
- Responsible for overall direction and coordination of assigned project.
- Experience in mananging at least 50 employees or above
