Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location

Compensation Minimum: $16.50/hour + Commission & Bonuses
Compensation Maximum: $16.50/hour + Commission & Bonuses
Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Uncapped Commission Structure & End of Year Bonus

• Paid Training & Guaranteed Commissions During Training

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Candidates Are Eligible for a Bilingual Premium

• Average Performers Earn $50,000 - $60,000/year (based on performance*)

• Average earnings are an estimation of base salary + commission of successfully performing agents and is not guaranteed.

This position starts December 5th, 2022.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Quotes insurance products to new and current customers.

• Possesses a thorough understanding of company guidelines with the ability to communicate those guidelines to customers and other associates.

• Run reports from various systems to verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history.

• Explain coverage and payment options to the customer.

• When appropriate, directs customers to a local closing center to finalize application and make a payment on the policy.

• Attends sales meetings, seminars or educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations and maintain state licensing.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills Requirements

• Fluently speak, read, understand and converse in both Spanish and English

• 6 months retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Must have Property and Casualty License within first year of employment

This position is fully remote/work from home. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.
