The Billing Analyst position requires preparing and processing vendor invoices, coordinating collection efforts, and executing various accounting tasks, accurately and timely.
Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the integrated Accounting team
• Provide excellent service to internal and external clients, while preparing and processing vendor invoices, coordinating collection efforts, and executing various accounting tasks, accurately and timely

Requirements: *

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Must have a minimum of 4+ years' experience in a billing or accounting type of role
• Prior Deltek Vision experience is a plus
• Prior experience working for an Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial, or Construction organization is a plus
• Must have excellent Mathematical skills
• Must have exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, time management, and customer service skills
• Must have a robust understanding of basic computer software’s including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
