RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold

Posting of vehicle sales and rebates
-
Cost accounting
-
Reviewing for accuracy and packing automotive retail and lease contracts and customer paperwork

Review and send out Payoff checks.

Assist with month end closing tasks and procedures
-
Track missing documents and problems connected with your responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:

Automotive experience preferred
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
