Madison Intermodal Dba SEI Transportation is seeking a highly organized and experienced Billing Clerk/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role includes a mix of duties of Billing Clerk and Dispatcher hence you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight and ensuring timely updates to customers.

Selected Candidates will be Trained for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track & update truck delivery routes.
• Update website.
• Provide customers updates with all deliveries & pick-ups.
• Provide drivers with the essential information they need to get the job done.
• Update Invoices.
• Billing Customers.

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in truck dispatching.

Shift Timings:

• 1st Shift: 7 am to 3 pm (Monday to Friday; weekend availability is a plus)
• 2nd Shift: 4 pm to 12 am (Monday to Friday; weekend availability is a plus)
