Responsibilities:

• Prepare draft and final invoices for a wide variety of public and private clients within the transportation engineering and construction engineering and inspection industries, including, but not limited to:
• • State, County and Local Agencies
  • Federal Government
  • Private Companies and Individuals
• DBE/MBE Reporting
• Accounts Receivable collections
• Project financial auditing

Qualifications:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in invoicing public and private clients within the transportation engineering and construction engineering and inspection industries is preferred.
• Experience with cost plus fixed fee, lump sum, loaded rate/timecard billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat software.
• Knowledge of Deltek operating system is preferred (VantagePoint).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
• Possess a personal vehicle for use on or around a job site
• Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
