Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a Billing Coordinator for its Boston, Massachusetts office.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly proforma selections.
  • Completing attorney edits on proformas.
  • Performing review of guideline compliance.
  • Preparing final billing with submission of invoices on electronic websites.
  • Preparing appeals and budgets for submission to electronic websites.
  • Candidate will also become familiar with the process of creating new files, performing conflicts checks and accounts payables.

The Billing Coordinator will be the primary contact for the billing attorneys and clients, and responsible for the monthly proforma process. This position requires strong organization and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and to pay attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • At Least four years of experience (previous law firm experience is preferred).
  • Ability to take initiative and possess strong management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of client requirements and specific client designated software.

Salary: $75K
