The Billing Specialist Positon will be responsible for managing the day-to-day documentation, reporting, and billing tasks of our newly formed and rapidly growing Fiber Optic Division. You will report directly to the VP of Operations and the regional project superintendent .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with leadership and our clients to build and develop a solid to develop client centric reporting processes
• Oversee daily reporting to our clients for multiple crews, assuring that all required documentation is completed in a timely manner.

• Manage all client billing and tracking of payments. Understanding of Oracle systems is highly desirable

• Assisting Site management with scheduling, project revue and development of As Built Drawings
• Represent EEG in a professional and courteous manner with existing and potential new clients.
• Always uphold the highest safety standards.
• Create a culture of self-accountability and integrity.
• Seize opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• Verifiable project management skills, either in the construction or utility markets. o You will have come from a project Admin or Assistant Project manager role and are ready to take the next step.
• Adaptive person who is ready to grow in multiple directions and expand their knowledge base daily.
• Out Going personality
• Outstanding technology, analytics and reporting experience required
• Effective communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
• Meticulous, willing to dig in deep to make sure everything is correct.
• Sharp, analytical thinking abilities, always seeking to draw connections and identify the "why"
• Must possess personality traits conducive to building ongoing, strong, and positive relationships with clients, vendors, and our staff
• Strong understanding of OSHA, state, and local safety regulations
• Ability to pass a background check
• Clean Driver’s License in state of residence
