We are recruiting a BIM Coordinator on behalf of our client, a unique business solution that provides owners, developers, and property managers with innovative, vertically integrated managed central plant solutions.

We a looking for a BIM Coordinator is to help drive, innovate, and push the boundary of how technology can support and engage the design process.
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting project teams with specific production and design needs as they relate to BIM.

Responsibilities
- Prepare project BIM Execution plans, including BIM standards.
- Coordinate project setup, including CAD and/or Revit model and design files, with the architect and internal design team.
- Prepare project template models and setup.
- Work with project delivery team members to resolve model problems.
- Lead training sessions for project teams on CAD software applications and processes.
- Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, templates, and model content for project delivery use.
- Contributing to research and development around existing and custom applications to support the project delivery workflows.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have earned a Technical Certification.
- The BIM Coordinator should be a detailed and task-oriented self-starter with excellent follow-through.
- They must have a working understanding of the traditional commercial design and construction process.
- The BIM Coordinator should have in-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, with a minimum of 5 years of experience using Revit on design and construction projects.
- The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of BIM 360, knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or other programming skills, and the ability to find applicable uses for these tools.
- Experience with rendering software such as Blender, 3DS Max, or Twin Motion is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
