What you’ll do
The Biotech Account Manager with Pall Corporation, responsibilities. Primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier accounts with responsibility for retention and growth.
  • Understand and identify accounts strategic vision, objectives and needs while positioning Pall Biotech products and services as a total solution where business opportunities exist. 20%
  • Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue. 25%
  • Interprets internal and/or external business issues and recommends best practices/works with customer base to assist in their acceptance 5%
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility; develop a plan for success, provide accurate sales activity forecasts and maintain opportunities in CRM 5%
  • Mentor new Account Managers on standard work and best practices. 5% Close collaboration with BDM to increase trials at customer site and increase customer intimacy. 5%
  • Ensure communication between Account Manager, Specialists, BDM, BIS team is constant, successes are identified and outcomes are documented in CRM. 10%
  • Track Territory KPI month by month, using bowler, analyze data from QV at Territory level; funnel management; win/loss analysis. Communicate with Hub Lead in the event of issues and define action plan. 10%
  • Collaborate with PM to organize organic VOC in biotech market; DBS activities/participation on teams 5%
  • Participate in Flight Path, Growth Room, L1 meetings in the event HUB lead is unavailable 5% Bi-annual submission of Key Account overview including – What, Where, Why, When, How to CRM ensuring customer details are current, in depth, forward looking and highlight competitive intelligence 5%
  • Lead functional teams or projects 5%
Who you are
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
3+ years' experience in a Biotech/Biopharmaceutical environment

Preferred Qualifications - Sales experience is preferred in Biotech/Biopharma but is not required #LIREMOTE
