Our Mergers and acquisitions division is seeking an exceptional professional for our Elite Board who has a track record of leading and closing acquisitions deals.

You will be an important part of every aspect of the transaction for the sellers, including, but not limited to be a conduit of confidential information, negotiating price and terms of the deal, assisting in contract development, and guiding the entire process for the transfer of ownership.

We will require a high level of integrity to protect confidential information, help negotiate price/terms, and ensure each deal reaches the closing table. You will be playing pivotal role post-acquisition as well.

Experience:

25+ years of M&A Transactional experience including due diligence, feasibility studies, Compliance, and Investment Banking

Experience:

• LBO: 8 years (Preferred)
• Mergers & acquisitions: 18 years (Preferred)
• Investment banking: 20 years (Preferred)
• Roll UP’S: 10 years (Preferred)
• Due Diligence: 8 years (Preferred)
• Valuation: 12 years (Preferred)
• IPO: 15 Years

Educational Background: JD / CPA/CFA/CMA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
