Job Description:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will implement treatment, evaluate client progress towards treatment goals, monitor treatment integrity and adjust treatment protocols based on data. In addition, each Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD9 attributes. You will manage a caseload of pediatric clients with various needs using professional, client-centered principles to assess, plan, and implement behavior therapy treatments and interventions.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
- Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA
- Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA
