What Are We Looking For?
The good news is that your training with teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
-2 years leadership experience in the restaurant industry
-Operational ownership of your store’s success
-You’re all about creating a great place to work for your team, that starts with your personality; honest, energetic, motivational and fun!
-Train and Develop a winning team
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment; strong multi-tasking skills
-You’re all about pleasing the customer – A+ in customer service
-Strong written and communication skills; basic computer skills
-You’re at least 18 years old with a driver’s license and reliable transportation (may need to drive deposits to the bank)
