Job description

Schedule is full time Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but flexible. B&B is a family owned business and seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team! This position will report to the director of finance and be on site. Applicant must be motivated to work in-office daily, work with a small team, work in a fast-paced environment and potential management opportunity.

Responsibilities include: Invoice entry, sales receipt entry, billing entry, checking over other assistants data entry, ensuring 100% accuracy in billing for customers, payroll entries, banking reconciliations, etc. This individual will maintain updated ledgers across different functions, prepare manual and electronic entries into systems, and perform other ad hoc assignments from the director.

This individual must be reliable, motivated, be detail-oriented, is able to work well with others, is able to take direction, etc. This is a fast pace environment in the semi truck and trailer transportation industry. Individual will work in their own office!
